Who is eligible? If you are seeking recovery from substance use disorder, you are eligible. We believe the disease of addiction is a family disease and consider direct family members impacted to be in recovery.

What is recovery capital? “Recovery capital (RC) is the breadth and depth of internal and external resources that can be drawn upon to initiate and sustain recovery” from substance use disorder (Granfield & Cloud,1999; Cloud & Granfield, 2004). Recovery capital revolves around three overarching categories: personal, family/social, and community. Recovery plans will aim to strengthen existing recovery capital and create connections with resources that provide new recovery capital. Goals will focus on: daily living and routines, education, employment, finances, housing, legal, mental health, physical health, relationships, safety and spirituality.
